Removed this leaky old chimney that had been giving a homeowner in Plymouth problems. He chose to remove instead of fix because it was not being used for anything any more.

Removed these 2 skylights from a roof in Canton. Homeowner was dealing with leaks and chose to remove and board over. We patched everything in and roofed it like they were never there. Even dealt with the plasterer so homeowner’s did t have to worry about anything.

New roof in Marshfield today! We are installing a new roof on the addition over garage that is only 12 years old. Multiple leaks in valley areas and mold on plywood. Main house roof is only 5 years old. Last roofing company installed new plywood along with new roofing and mold is already growing g on all of the plywood due to inadequate ventilation! Also on this area of roof we have 3 leaking stink pipe boots and 2 bathroom exhaust vents all currently leaking 🤷🏻 Do your homework when hiring a “professional “! Make sure they have great reviews and stand behind their work! Anyone can install a roof but will it be installed correctly?

New roof today in Brockton This job is at our exterior remodel… new trim, siding a@d gutters While guys were digging into prep for new siding they uncovered no support for the front overhang which lead us to investigate further to find the roof had 3/8 dry rotted plywood along with rafters being spaced 24” on center and not the typical 16”. This lead to a conversation with homeowner where they made the call to install a new roof along with new cdx plywood We stride ourselves on bringing our customers our expertise and professionalism in this trade. Halifax exterior project t making progress on day 2 90 percent t of exterior sheathing was rotted so we guys worked on replacing that with new Cdx plywood. Built new soffit overhangs and installed new pvc trim as well as prepped roof area

Somerset siding, windows, doors trim and gutter job completed This job went far from smooth but we made it to the finish line. The morning we started about three months ago after the guys began to strip the existing siding we received a phone call that the windows were delayed. Had we received this call two hours prior we would push the job start off. Window manufacturing company had some quality concerns on 2 18 wheel trucks full of windows that they had to put back into the production line and remake. So our windows got pushed week after week and we didn’t see them for about two months. With the stress of this happening, homeowners were very tough clients and in the end I walked away telling them to keep the final payment. Some people no matter how accommodating you try to be there’s just no pleasing them. so we push forward, roll with the punches and move onto the next, hoping for smoother projects

After getting held up for weeks waiting on a special order oversized door, we were finally able to finish the exterior and get through our inspections! Insulation and blueboard next week
